  3.   Thank you for your interest in SnagIt!
  4.  
  5.   This program and its associated files are part of an evaluation
  6.   package copyrighted by TechSmith Corporation. SnagIt is not in the
  7.   public domain.  This program must be registered if it is used
  8.   beyond the 45 day evaluation period.
  9.  
  10.   Single-User SnagIt
  11.  
  12.   Registration entitles the licensee to install either the 32 bit or
  13.   the 16 bit version of SnagIt and to switch between the two without
  14.   further payment.  The single-user license price is $39.95.
  15.  
  16.   When you register SnagIt Twin Pack, you have the option of
  17.   requesting a registered version of the software on diskette or of
  18.   requesting a software key to register the version you have. The
  19.   software key immediately removes all registration reminder screens
  20.   and evaluation expiration dates.

  22.   Multi-User SnagIt
  23.  
  24.   Registration entitles the licensed organization to install 10 copies
  25.   of SnagIt, in any combination of 16 bit and 32 bit. A single diskette
  26.   is shipped along with the multi-user license.  The 10-user license
  27.   price is $200.00.

  30. 1.0  How to Register

  32.   Registration Instructions

  34.   1.  Select the SnagIt program's Help menu.
  35.  
  36.   2.  Select How to Register from the menu.
  37.  
  38.   3.  Click on the Registration Form button.  Enter your registration
  39.       information in the fields provided.
  40.  
  41.       NOTE: You must specify a name or company name when you register.
  42.             Your software key will be personalized for that name
  43.             ONLY.  Your key will NOT not work if you change this name
  44.             after you have sent in your registration.

  46.   4.  When you are finished, select OK. This will create a text file
  47.       called REGISTER.TXT in the SnagIt default directory. This is
  48.       your registration and order form.  It includes a price sheet and
  49.       your Product ID number.
  50.  
  51.   5.  Windows Notepad will now open REGISTER.TXT automatically,
  52.       allowing you to edit and or print the registration form.  While
  53.       you are editing, please complete any blank items, including
  54.       quantities, totals, and payment information. DO NOT EDIT THE
  55.       PRODUCT ID NUMBER. Note that shipping charges are only
  56.       applicable to diskette orders.

  58.   6.  Return the registration form, with payment, to TechSmith
  59.       Corporation by any of the methods described on the form.  Upon
  60.       receipt of your order, TechSmith will generate your diskette or
  61.       software key. It will then be sent to you by the method of
  62.       your choice, either e-mail, fax, postal delivery or other.

  64.   If you have elected to receive a software key, use the following
  65.   steps to complete the registration process.

  67.   7.  Select the Help menu.
  68.  
  69.   8.  Select Enter Software Key from the menu.
  70.  
  71.   9.  Enter your registration key, exactly as it is shown, in the
  72.       field provided.
  73.  
  74.   10. Press OK.
  75.  
  76.   Your software is now registered!  All the registration reminder
  77.   screens and software expiration dates will be removed.  If you have
  78.   any additional questions or comments, contact TechSmith by e-mail at
